Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, showed me the xrays, and made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. I never felt rushed or pressured. They also accept the new government dental insurance (CDCP), which was a big plus. Highly recommend! Very pretty inside

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly can’t say enough good things about this clinic. I’ve struggled with dental anxiety for most of my life because of some difficult experiences as a child, and it often caused me to put off dental appointments longer than I should. Walking into this clinic felt different right away. The entire team was so warm, kind, and welcoming. The space itself is beautiful and calming, with high ceilings, lots of natural light, and a great view, which helped me feel more relaxed from the start. What stood out most was how much care and patience everyone showed. No one rushed through anything. They took the time to explain every step, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. The dentist was incredibly gentle, thorough, and attentive. The treatment I received was honestly the most comfortable and pain-free dental experience I’ve ever had. For the first time, I left a dental appointment feeling relieved instead of stressed. Something that used to be a source of fear has become a positive experience, and that’s a huge deal for me. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team. You’ve completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist, and I’m truly grateful. Highly, highly recommend.

My first time here, they had a small issue with the xray machine but were amazingly accommodating and fast to fix it. They apologized profusely even though it was not a bit issue at all. Beautiful and clean clinic space. Very nice, would recommend!

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The service was excellent from start to finish—staff were professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. What really stood out to me was the interior design. The space is beautifully done, very modern and aesthetically pleasing, which creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere. It doesn’t feel like a typical dental office at all. Overall, a highly positive experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dental care in a comfortable and thoughtfully designed environment.

I had a great experience with doctor Ahferom. He was very friendly, took the time to make sure everything was alright, listened carefully to all my concerns, and gave proper recommendations. The entire experience was amazing. Even the dental hygienists were very friendly and did everything professionally and with great care.

I had my first appointment at Dentistry on Gloucester today. It was actually a great experience! As a first time patient, I had X-Rays done and a cleaning. Dr. Ahferom Gebremedhin did a great job of explaining what he was seeing, and listened and acknowledged all input I provided. The rest of the staff were excellent and professional as well. The cleaning that was done was as rough as I expected it would be after a year and a bit since my last cleaning. But that's on me.

Had a great experience here. The cleaning was very thorough and professional. The front desk staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful, especially with direct billing to private insurance. Everything was smooth and well organized. Highly recommend!
